Tasks

-Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and regulatory requirements. -Ensure all projects are met its quality standards and comply with industry regulations. -Provide technical expertise in electrical engineering, control systems, and protection schemes. -Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success. -Oversee the design, implementation, and testing of electrical control and protection for high voltage protection. \Collaborate with customers to understand requirements, provide technical support, and ensure satisfaction to customers' requirements. -Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices across all products. -Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. -Prepare and review technical documentation, including design specifications, Manufacturing drawings / documentation, test plans, and reports.

What You Bring

-Effective communication and interpersonal skills. -Knowledge of industry standards and regulations. -Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on control and protection schematics of substations. -Proficiency in electrical design software and tools like E3Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. -Bachelor’s / master’s degree in electrical engineering. -Strong leadership and team management skills
