Scheduler

Description

• Tracking material procurement with the project management team to support schedule execution in the field.
• Travel as needed to project sites for schedule development and oversight.
• Assisting project teams with items such as: Overall project schedule development, coordinating on project schedule updates through site visits, meetings, and reporting, and assisting preconstruction teams with proposal schedule.
• Be a member of a team involved in formal presentations for projects.
• Learning and applying DeAngelis Diamonds SOP’s, standard operating procedures, to your work.
• Train and reinforce teams as needed in SOP requirements for coordination of schedule development and maintenance.
• Team up with other high-performing coworkers.

Requirements

• Costco or Sam’s Club membership
• Proficiency in leading/managing meetings.
• PTO: 1st year: 8 days; Years 2-5: 18 days; 6-10 Years: 23 days, 11+ Years: 28 days
• Recent graduate or have grown through DD’s career path leading to this role.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Primavera Project Planner (preferred / not required), Bluebeam, and a willingness to learn new systems.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a positive "can-do" attitude.
• Strong personal integrity and has the highest ethical standards.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Outstanding communicator: able to synthesize complex information into simple, actionable insights and ability to communicate technical building processes with construction and non-construction team members equally.
• Ability to function in a positive, friendly, high-energy, and collaborative environment.
