Review and interpret RFP/Q requirements, create response checklists, and coordinate inputs from multiple contributors.
Support the preparation, coordination, and submission of Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Expressions of Interest (EOIs).
Assist with the collection and organization of project information for marketing and proposal use.
Compile, proofread, and finalize all materials for on-time, polished submissions.
Track proposal status, deadlines, and deliverables to help the team stay organized and aligned.
Draft, edit, and format proposal sections, resumes, and project profiles using established templates and brand standards.
Help maintain and update proposal libraries, templates, project sheets, and resumes.
Assist in developing creative, well-structured written content that clearly conveys Bird’s strengths and value.
Provide direct support to proposal team members, assisting with formatting, document setup, printing, and delivery.

1–3 years of experience in proposals, marketing, or administrative support, preferably in construction, engineering, or architecture.
Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SharePoint or CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics) is an asset.
