Supervise remote building automation, lead operations, client onboarding, and team development.

Tasks

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams coast to coast to improve efficiency and productivity within their respective client portfolios. -Oversee the performance of preventive maintenance tasks ensuring outcomes are as predicted or optimized -Lead operational support across the RBAS portfolio, including the implementation and onboarding of new clients. -Develop and refine processes to meet customer requirements and enhance remote monitoring efficiency. -Support our RBAS technical team with operational activities as required -Develop strategies and initiatives to deliver value to our clients and improve building performance. -Manage documentation relating to client systems and relevant inspection reports. -Stay current with industry trends, with a focus on emerging building automation technologies -Support all major/strategic account pursuits and contribute to national growth initiatives. -Participate in all hiring activities and team development. -Assist in the procurement of new clientele across the Ainsworth Business.

What You Bring

-Completion of a four-year university degree, a two- or three-year post-secondary engineering technology or applied science program, or equivalent trade/field experience. -Eligibility for registration with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) or the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT). -Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. -2 to 4 years of experience in Building Automation.
