This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive to join a growing and ambitious business. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, helping them explore the company’s range of professional property services and guiding them toward tailored solutions that meet their needs. With a mix of inbound enquiries and proactive business development, you’ll play a key role in expanding the client base and building trusted, long-term relationships.

  • Proactively generate and nurture new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and relationship management.
  • Deliver clear, confident presentations of the company’s property solutions in a consultative and client-focused manner.
  • Handle incoming enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing detailed information on services offered.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and excellent service delivery.
  • Contribute creative ideas to marketing initiatives and business growth strategies.
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to represent the business and expand your professional network.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales activity and performance.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a natural ability to build rapport.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within property, professional services, or consultancy environments, prior knowledge of surveying and valuation would be highly beneficial.
