Tasks

-Facilitate workshops and interviews that engage stakeholders and participants. -Manage participant recruitment and maintain research panels. -Translate research findings into actionable insights for design and business teams. -Showcase value and advocate for user-centered and research-driven designs via presentations. -Conduct interviews, usability tests, and workshops with confidence. -Utilize tools like Glassbox, Hotjar, or similar for behavioral analysis. -Document findings in clear, visual reports that influence decision-making. -Create structured research plans aligned with product goals. -Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies. -Use analytics and observation tools to uncover behavioral patterns.

What You Bring

-Strong facilitation and communication skills. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within cross-functional teams. -Proficiency with research tools (Glassbox, Hotjar, UserTesting, etc.). -Experience influencing design and product strategy through research. -4+ years of experience in UX research, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work. -Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives. -Communicate research impact effectively to executives and cross-functional teams.
