  • Capex Reviews: Audit existing sites and scope required capital works.
  • Sustainability: Integrate green tech, low-carbon materials, and energy-efficient solutions.
  • On-Site Delivery: Oversee quality, safety, and programme execution with minimal disruption.
  • Project Ownership: Lead multiple fit-outs and new builds from concept to handover.
  • Planning & Approvals: Navigate planning, landlord approvals, and licensing.
  • Contractor Management: Tender, appoint, and oversee contractors and consultants.
  • Communication: Report effectively to Operations, Finance, and Executive teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Feed learning's into future roll-outs to deliver better, faster, and smarter.
  • Cost & Budget Control: Manage budgets from £100k-£2m with strong value engineering.

Requirements

  • Chartered (RICS / MCIOB) or qualified (Prince2 / APM)
  • Capable of managing a £5m+ annual capex portfolio
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel nationwide
  • Experience with QSR brands (e.g. KFC, McDonald's, Burger King)
  • Exposure to BREEAM, LEED, or other sustainable building frameworks
  • Commercially savvy with strong cost planning and negotiation skills
  • Clear, confident communicator with stakeholder influence at board level
  • Strong experience delivering multi-site retail or hospitality projects
  • Sound knowledge of UK building regulations, CDM 2015 & H&S standards
  • Familiarity with BIM, Procore or other digital project tools
