The Role

Overview

Assist in development lifecycle, financial modelling, and project management.

Tasks

-Assist with pre-leasing processes and dealing with agents for both acquisitions and leasing; -Assisting in the drafting of investment papers and pitch documentation, as well as assist with submissions and marketing as required; -Research and benchmarking of transactions across designated regions of interest; -Assist with tendering process for consultants and contractors; -Production of detailed financial analysis and feasibility modelling for development opportunities; -Assist in the process and management of development applications; -Working within the planning controls sphere and dealing with authorities;

What You Bring

-Proven understanding of experience in MS Excel OR Estate Master (Feasibility modelling), forecasting and general commercial property administration, exposure to managing commercial property cash-flows. -Minimum 2+ years of experience in the property industry with a focus on projects and /or development; -Tertiary qualifications / education in finance, commerce / business, property economics, property development & investment or other relevant discipline; -The ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team that all work together for common goals. -Ideally holding an understanding of experience in project financials for property development and construction industries (but not essential);
