Tasks

-Lead internal communications campaigns to promote new learning products, tools, and initiatives, using storytelling, branding, and digital marketing strategies. -Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, developers, and project stakeholders across the business. -Translate data and insights into compelling narratives to inform product evolution and influence learning culture. -Creative autonomy: Take the lead on projects, campaigns, and new ideas. -Collaborate with the business to understand user needs and design and build intuitive solutions through Human Centred Design or similar approaches. -Conduct user research, testing, and feedback loops to continuously improve learning experiences. -Design and evolve digital learner experiences with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and engagement. -Explore and incorporate emerging technologies (e.g., XR, AI, interactive tools) into the learning journey where appropriate. -Make an impact: Create digital experiences that help thousands of learners thrive. -Develop wireframes, prototypes, and learning platforms/interfaces with a consistent and accessible look and feel.

What You Bring

-Backend development experience -Degree qualified (2:2 or higher) in a relevant field (e.g., UX Design, Digital Media, Psychology, HCI, Communication, etc.). -Experience in front end development (HTML, CSS, JS, React or similar) -Eligible to work in the UK. -Experience running creative communications or marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes. -Motion design or video creation skills for engaging content. -Experience in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, etc.). -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. -Comfortable facilitating workshops, gathering user insights, and working cross-functionally. -Experience in Illustration. -Willing to travel as required. -Understanding of or interest in learning ecosystems, digital platforms (like LMS), or employee engagement tools.
