Overview
Provide overall leadership and financial management for large construction projects.

Tasks
-Lead Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, provide job assignments and training -Resolve site concerns, handle change orders, and obtain necessary approvals -Maintain schedule and budget, manage quality, risk, safety, and compliance -Function as main point of contact with owner and on-site representative -Handle subcontracts and suppliers, manage budget and selections -Allocate project estimates into the financial system, determine cost codes, approve invoices -Develop and maintain project financial and equipment projections -Supervise overall financial health of projects -Provide financials and billings to Accounting, create monthly owner billings

We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. -Ability to fulfill responsibilities for multiple, large complex projects -Current driver’s license -Positive professional attitude, and strong customer service skills -Ability to interpret and communicate Mortenson policies -Microsoft Office, project, and pertinent web application skills at an intermediate level
