Be accountable for each project and ensure daily management during implementation phase.
Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project alignment.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during design, installation, and commissioning phases.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to innovation in engineering practices.
Review effectiveness of projects.
Lead or assist in testing, validation, and commissioning of systems.
Be the responsible person for shutdown/operational downtime management
Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Support procurement activities by specifying equipment and evaluating vendor proposals.
Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Professional Qualification: Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Registered with a professional body and aiming towards chartered status

Gained experience in developing relationships with internal/external stakeholders
Self-motivation, resilience, staff development and coaching.
