Tasks

-Coordinate with project managers, MEP engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment in pricing and logistics -Identify cost-saving alternatives without sacrificing design intent or code compliance -Work on signature South Florida projects with some of the region’s top GCs and architects -Stay current on local plumbing codes, permitting timelines, and market pricing trends -Participate in RFI development, VE discussions, and bid-day strategy meetings -Perform quantity take-offs and scope reviews using tools like Bluebeam, FastEst, or Procore etc. -Analyze plumbing drawings, specifications, and bid documents to prepare detailed cost estimates
