Tasks

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of commercial electrical projects from concept to completion, working closely with field teams, clients, and leadership to ensure everything runs smoothly. -Managing documentation, schedules, and budgets to keep projects on track -Representing the company with clients, design teams, contractors, and suppliers -Setting clear project goals, policies, and quality standards -Managing financials including cost forecasting, progress billing, and change orders -Utilizing modern project management tools to maintain full visibility and control -Preparing detailed project estimates and reviewing all plans and specifications -Leading client engagement from the initial scope discussion through delivery -Overseeing on-site activities with field supervisors and operations leadership

What You Bring

We are looking for a proactive, technically minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can lead teams with confidence. -A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar (or Journeyman Electrician license with PM experience) -Financial acumen, comfortable forecasting costs, managing budgets, and protecting margins -Proficiency in tools such as Procore, ACC Build, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills -Strong knowledge of electrical systems, prefabrication, and construction technology -5–10 years of electrical project management experience -Familiarity with estimating and project management software (Accubid preferred) -Proven success managing multiple projects and teams concurrently
