Tasks

-Strengthen the integrity of our pricing ecosystem. You’ll help maintain and enhance our pricing database, ensuring that every figure we publish is both accurate and actionable, reflecting the most current and reliable data available. -Contribute to our culture of continuous learning. You’ll share lessons learned, insights from your projects, and innovative approaches that can enhance how we operate as a team. -Translate technical insight into financial strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, commercial leads, and technical teams to understand scope, risk, and opportunity – then convert that understanding into pricing models that drive sound decisions. -Drive collaboration and trust. You’ll engage directly with stakeholders, asking the bigger “why” behind each request, anticipating their needs, and providing solutions that are not only compliant and complete, but insightful and forward-looking. -Elevate pricing as a discipline. Beyond executing tasks, you’ll help refine processes, test tools, and identify smarter ways to deliver value – contributing to the team’s ongoing evolution from transactional pricing to strategic influence.

What You Bring

-High degree of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail in all deliverables. -Comfortable engaging directly with project managers, technical leads, and leadership to clarify requirements, discuss risk and co-create solutions. -Bachelor's degree (a degree with a focus on Finance, Business or Math is preferred) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. -Very high degree of teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to client and internal partner service excellence. -Experience with data and workflow management tools such as SharePoint or Power BI. -Understanding of key contract types (FFP, T&M, and CPFF) – and their implications on pricing, risk management, and margin strategy. -The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience in pricing or financial analysis; equivalent experience with an associate’s degree may be considered. -Familiarity with pricing requirements under FAR Part 31 and other government contract language encountered during proposal stages. -Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership. -Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and deliver to stated deadlines. -Advanced proficiency in Excel, with solid financial modeling and analytical skills. -Capable of working effectively with remote and cross-functional teams across geographies and time zones. -Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial audiences.
