Lead commissioning of MEP & controls for mission-critical data centers from design to handoff.

Tasks

-Manage documentation, test plans, and punch lists -Perform and oversee MEP and controls testing -Ensure systems meet design, safety, and performance standards -Collaborate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients -Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve in real time -Lead commissioning from design through closeout

What You Bring

-Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, power distribution, UPS systems, and controls -Willingness and ability to travel to project sites (up to 50%)· -Mid-Level: 3–7 years with strong project management skills and technical knowledge -Comprehensive understanding of MEP and control systems -Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications -Senior-Level: 8+ years with extensive experience and leadership in mission-critical systems -Experience in commissioning or construction of MEP systems (data center experience strongly preferred) -3+ years of experience in commissioning, project management, or a related role in mission-critical environments (e.g., data centers, healthcare)
