Tasks

-Maintaining accurate records of your work and reporting any issues promptly. -Day-to-day repairs and maintenance across various sites, including carpentry, brickwork, plastering, plumbing, and general building tasks. -Operating tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently. -Working flexibly, including night shifts, to meet project needs. -Delivering high-quality work while adhering to health and safety policies.

What You Bring

-Basic literacy and numeracy -Good communication skills and basic IT proficiency -Ability to follow instructions and prioritise safety -Experience working on construction sites (essential) -Interest in or working towards an industry-recognised qualification (C&G, NVQ, CSCS, PTS, First Aid, PASMA, Level C, PIC/COSS preferred) -You must be based within one hour's travel of our Kent office in Sittingbourne (ME10 3TR).
