Tasks

-Coordinating with Project Management teams, contractors, and customers to maintain a zero-harm safety culture. -Monitoring and enforcing regulatory compliance and updating health and safety guidelines. -Managing contractor safety evaluation, approval, and auditing processes. -Developing and implementing comprehensive Site Safety Plans from project bid through completion. -Conducting site visits for safety audits, inspections, and training. -Partnering with Project Managers to ensure safety compliance across all work sites.

What You Bring

-Experience with project management and safety software. -Minimum 3+ years of experience in safety management, project management, or construction industry. -EM-385 and OSHA 500 certifications. -OSHA 30 (Construction) certification (within last 3 years or completed upon hire). -United States citizenship and valid state driver’s license. -Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels. -Strong understanding of Electrical and arc flash safety practices, NEC, and NFPA 70E standards. -Academic credentials in OSHT, CSP, ASP, or CHST preferred. -Ability to pass background checks and fitness-for-duty requirements. -Proven ability to develop Health and Safety Plans (HASP) and Job Hazard Analyses (JHA). -Experience in site development and utility installation. -Active Red Cross First Aid and CPR certification or equivalent. -Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time. -Working knowledge of OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations.
