First‑line IT support engineer handling tickets, hardware/software setup & user account management.

Tasks

-Check through the day and logging calls in the Support Mailbox -Taking initial day to day calls -Setup New Starter Accounts -Raise tickets -Check Nagios – reporting anything -Go through the process for any New Starters – Profile Setup / IAM / Homepage / Outlook / Skype / Printers / Map Drives/Teams etc. -Ordering Phones / SIMs (Data or Voice) -User Printer Setups, Drive mapping -Process Leaver Accounts -Ensuring own and Teams adherence to Axians’ Management System Manual for Quality (ISO 9001), InfoSec (ISO 27001) and ESG (ISO 14001).

What You Bring

-Windows 10 -Laptop / Desktop Build -Desktop/End user break fix support -WiFi solution experience & knowledge, with Cisco etc. -Ordering from CDW (Licenses) -Proven experience with Desktop & Server solutions across the Microsoft stack. -Experience with Solar Winds Server and Applications Monitoring software would prove advantageous -Laptop / Desktop Upgrade – Memory / Hard Drives
