Tasks

-Drive regular HR audits and action planning for continuous improvement. -Build HR pathways and structured coaching programs as they relate to employee development and engagement. -Oversee HR, safety, and customer service training. -Drive employee relations, talent management, and recognition strategies. -Lead HR initiatives aligned with organisational and strategic goals. -Use data to make decisions around leading change management and continuous improvement programs. -Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver HR excellence.
