-Experience in delivery in programs or portfolios of significant value >$1bn is a significant advantage. -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. -Familiarity with transit agencies (Such as PANYNJ, NJT, MTA, LIRR, Amtrak) -Expertise in cost estimation, financial modeling, and budgeting software (e.g., Primavera, Excel). Related professional membership such as RICS or CCP valued. -Proven track record in cost management for large-scale transportation, tunneling, or heavy civil projects, ideally with experience in public infrastructure.
