Tasks

The successful candidate will lead contract delivery on a major highways project, ensuring safety, quality, and performance at every stage. -Promote and enforce Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards across all projects. -Oversee contract negotiations and manage subcontractor agreements. -Conduct regular contract reviews and performance evaluations. -Monitor site progress, resolve disputes, and uphold quality standards. -Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure seamless operations. -Lead the delivery of contracts, ensuring alignment with programme, cost, quality, and H&S targets.

What You Bring

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a passion for delivering excellence in highways infrastructure? -Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry, ideally within highways. -Demonstrated ability to implement HSEQ procedures and lead incident investigations. -Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. -Strong working knowledge of NEC 4 contracts. -Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office/Excel. -Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
