Overview

Develop and deliver catchment-scale water quality and wastewater interaction strategies

Tasks

-Technical Expertise - act as a subject matter expert on catchment management, water quality, and environmental policy. Scope and evaluate projects for delivery via specialist frameworks. -Engagement - build relationships with regulators , water companies, industry groups, and Catchment Partnerships. -Technical Management - support technical delivery and reporting to meet regulatory requirements. Provide evaluations and recommendations on environmental measures to mitigate predicted challenges. -Collaboration - work cross-functionally to identify synergies and efficiencies across projects and plans such as the Drainage and Wastewater Management Plans

What You Bring

-Degree (and ideally a Master’s) in Environmental Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience -Ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects to high standards and deadlines. -Strong technical report writing and review skills. -Experience with water quality monitoring, data analysis, GIS mapping, and dashboard reporting. -Proven experience in environmental and water quality investigations and catchment management planning/delivery. -Experience managing consultancy teams and technical work delivery. -Knowledge of water sector operations and regulatory frameworks. -In-depth knowledge of water quality investigations, catchment risk assessments, and translating regulatory requirements into actionable plans.
