Manage regional new elevator installations & modernisation, ensuring safety, quality and profitability.

Tasks
-Lead and ensure the adoption of the quality KPIs by all team members on all projects -Drive the adoption of Schindler core values as well as a high-performance culture -Lead the team in project reviews to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and time schedules, taking mitigating measures when required -Develop and maintain relationships with key customers: main contractors, developers & consultants -Maintain compliance and keep the following systems updated: Supervisor App; Fulfilment Plus; ERP system; Data Management System (DMS). -Lead a team of project managers and/or field managers to deliver New Installations /Modification projects –from design through to installation and handover -Collaborate with expert group and implement process improvements. -Support and engage in tenders with key customers to maximise chances of winning. That includes, support on costing and mid-post tender presentations -Management - Actively manage the team to ensure that project outputs are being delivered on schedule, to budget and to the required quality, all in alignment with contractual commitments, and terms and conditions. -Shares information and keeps stakeholders informed -Actively manage, develop and train the team to meet the objectives of quality, productivity, efficiency and customer orientation. -Develop and maintain a capacity/labour allocation plan to deliver the business efficiently. -Support strategic growth objectives -Lead the team to maximise project profitability, by managing a detailed and thorough variation/change order process -Lead & ensure the adoption of people & product safety standards by all team members on all projects -Prepare the budgeting process, maintaining monthly revenue & profitability forecast and mitigate deviations from budget. -Collaborate and work closely with subcontractor management & procurement to identify & implement cost savings in the projects supply chain -Ensure the full team adherence to correct processes as well as implementation of project management tools to continuously improve project execution efficiency

What You Bring
-Legal - Code & standard knowledge. -High standard of accuracy and attention to detail -Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels (chair large meetings) -Ability to prioritise and multi-task at a high level whilst remaining calm under pressure -Proven Project Management experience -Ability to manage a team and to work within a team framework -Knowledge of SAP reporting functions -Experience in training and coaching others in an engaging and efficient manner -Full understanding and proven adherence to FF+ -Leadership - Able to set examples for all team members in areas of personal character, commitment, organisational and installation skills, and work habits. -3–5 years’ Site management experience (desired) -Reasoning and problem-solving skills – with ability to think laterally -Educated to Degree level or equivalent (Engineering degree preferred) -Thorough knowledge of design and construction processes -Self -starter, enthusiastic work ethic, able to prioritise/deal with large workload fluctuations and work under pressure -Proficient in MS Office and MS Project -Proven track record in driving business process improvement -Track record of developing new processes to improve business issues -Mobility - Available to travel within the UK when required -Project management/supervision, commercial, technical and installation background with ability to translate specification & construction issues into workable solutions -Communication - Good presentation skills and good communicator with customers, superiors and subordinates -Finance - Financial acumen. -Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required
