-Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective delivery -Prepare, manage, and control budgets and cost plans for residential projects -Ensure compliance with company and industry standards. -Assess and value works, variations, and final accounts -Provide accurate cost reporting and forecasting -Oversee tendering, procurement, and contract administration

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic residential developer specialising in high-quality, traditional new build housing projects. You’ll play a key role in managing project costs from inception to completion, ensuring value, quality, and efficiency across a diverse range of bespoke housing developments. -Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline -Confident communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships -Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills -Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability -Proficient in relevant software and cost management systems -Experience in residential new build projects (ideally traditional housing)
