You’ll play a key role in managing project costs from inception to completion, ensuring value, quality, and efficiency across a diverse range of bespoke housing developments. -Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline -Confident communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships -Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills -Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability -Proficient in relevant software and cost management systems -Experience in residential new build projects (ideally traditional housing)
