Tasks
-Secure necessary approvals and feedback from stakeholders to align with business goals. -Define, evaluate, and communicate the various technical approaches to a desired business outcome as well as the risks associated with each approach. -Set coding guidelines and coding standards for team members -Ensure solutions are scalable and comply with security standards. -Create and implement technical solutions for projects involving a mix of HRIS, ERP, CRM, and integration technologies. -Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, simplifying complex technical details. -Lead team meetings and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high standards. -Present solution designs and project updates to senior management and key stakeholders. -Perform proof of concept work to test and validate new technologies. -Partner with business stakeholders to clarify, refine and provide guidance on business initiatives that impact enterprise platforms, and the tradeoffs associated with the possible solutions. -Raise and address risks and concerns raised by stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. -Work with management to assess business needs and define technical requirements. -Organize training sessions to improve the team's expertise in the relevant technologies. -Oversee the technical aspects of complex implementations to ensure smooth integration and optimal performance. -Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high standards. -Develop and maintain process and architectural diagrams and technical documentation for systems and integrations. -Offer technical advice and mentorship to team members, promoting a collaborative atmosphere. -Guide and support a team of IT developers working with Workday, CMIC, Cosential, and integration tools.

What You Bring
-3+ years of hands-on experience with a HRIS platform, including implementation, and integration -Experience with data governance principles -3+ years of experience with integration platforms, such as Jitterbit, Boomi, or Workato -5+ year of experience with relational database systems and associated -Experience in the construction industry or similar -Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. -Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams for at least 5 years -Experience with creating and maintaining technical documentation and diagrams -Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions -Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies -Strong understanding of finance processes and their implementation within ERP systems -7+ years of experience with ERP systems, such as Oracle or MS Dynamics -Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a computer screen. -Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders -10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a Solutions Architect role -Certifications in relevant technologies, such as Workday Certified Integration Developer, Oracle Certified Professional, or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect -Ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies -Knowledge of data security and compliance standards -Occasional domestic travel, via airplane, will be required for meetings. -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field -Experience building and deploying container base software solutions -Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, including Azure Functions
