-Build strong relationships with clients, GCs, and trade partners. -Mentor and inspire a high-performing estimating team built on accountability and excellence. -Collaborate with leadership on large-scale project pursuits and strategic growth initiatives. -Lead estimating strategy to support market expansion and revenue growth. -Implement innovative tools and data-driven processes for continuous improvement.

What You Bring
We’re looking for a Chief Estimator to lead strategy, drive growth, and build a high-performing estimating team. This role is perfect for a results-driven leader with deep mechanical contracting expertise and a proven track record of winning large projects. -Proven ability to drive team performance, foster growth, and win major projects. -Experience estimating $10M+ projects in HVAC, hydronic piping, and plumbing. -Experience scaling estimating departments to support $50M+ revenue growth. -Strong presentation, negotiation, and executive-level communication skills. -8–10 years of mechanical contracting experience; 2+ years in a senior estimating role managing teams. -Proficiency with estimating platforms and Microsoft Office. -Familiarity with Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, SaaS estimating platforms, and advanced Excel.
