Union Mobile Maintenance Mechanic

Overview

Performs preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.

Tasks

-Maintain and repair locks, locking mechanisms, closers, doors, and furniture throughout assigned facilities -Complete special tasks including painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and general maintenance as assigned -Prioritize all preventative maintenance, corrective and emergent work orders for assigned sites (annual, monthly, weekly, and daily) -Update work order status in real time utilizing CMMS system and escalate problems or issues to customers and management in a timely manner -Maintain and complete documentation for fire extinguishers and other building systems to ensure compliance -Clean HVAC coils, change filters and belts while maintaining and repairing plumbing components including toilets, urinals, lavatories, flush valves, sinks, drains, water heaters, piping, and sump pumps -Prepare, prime and paint building interior and exterior surfaces and perform general handyman tasks to maintain buildings

What You Bring

-Building Automation System (BAS) experience -Proficiency in basic computer application software such as MS Office, Outlook, CMMS (Maximo) -Experience with hand tools and power tools -Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs., climb ladders up to 30 ft., and work in adverse conditions including extreme temperatures -High School Diploma or equivalent -Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing -EPA Universal License -Preventative maintenance experience on HVAC equipment
