What You Bring

-Demonstrated knowledge and experience in a specific technical area(s) of wastewater engineering / management -Effective project leadership, management, and organizational skills, including an ability to manage competing priorities -Excellent written communication and interpersonal and presentation skills with an ability to effectively engage audiences, as well as an ability to clearly summarize findings and offer meaningful insight -An undergraduate degree in civil, chemical, or environmental engineering from an accredited university -Eligibility for professional licensing with applicable provincial association (e.g. PEO, APEGBC, APEGA) -A graduate degree in environmental engineering from an accredited university with thesis research conducted in a topic related to wastewater management is an asset -Triple-bottom-line evaluation and risk assessment experience is an asset -Committed team player with experience working with diverse teams, including managers, engineers, and operations and maintenance staff. -Minimum 10 years’ experience in the subject area -Application and execution of the Class EA process (Ontario candidates) or Liquid Waste Management Plan / Municipal Wastewater Regulation processes (BC candidates)
