Tasks

-Maintenance work on mechanical and electronic systems, including inspections, cleanings and lubrications -Collaboration in planning and implementing projects for modernization and expansion of our production facilities -Integration of robotic systems and other automated components into existing production processes -Preparation of technical documentation, operating instructions and training material -Programming and commissioning of PLC controllers, safety controllers and HMI systems -Mechanical desing, assembly and wiring of machines and plants -Support in training of new employees in using new automation technologies -Design and optimization of automation solutions for production plants using PLC controllers, robotics, industrial image processing, drive technology, testing technology, safety technology and other automation technologies -Creation of machine safety concepts and machine data concepts

What You Bring

-Introduction of Industry 4.0 technologies (such as 3D printing, AMR, predictive maintenance, simulation, ...)" -Bachelor's degree in preferably mechanical engineering, automation engineering, mechatronics or a similar qualification -Cam-controlled machines like: Bihler (prefered); Wafios, Finzer -Quick comprehension, continous learning, willingness to work shifts & travel -Experienced in CAD, SPS, HMI-Systems; advantageous: programming skills -Functional tests and performance tests on automation systems, troubleshooting and optimization of control programs -Min 3 years of experience in industrial automation
