Coordinate BIM across disciplines for airport project, lead workshops, templates, scanning.

Tasks

-Assist in developing model templates encompassing structural, interior, and exterior architectural elements, as well as MEP systems for in-house projects. Facilitate laser scanning of existing spaces when necessary. -Organize and lead BIM coordination workshops. -Coordinate BIM requirements across multiple disciplines, including Architecture, MEP, Data, Structure, and Asset Management, while planning standard development. -Support the establishment of governance and processes for BIM implementation throughout the program.

What You Bring

-Experience working with technical construction drawings and/or documents, experience as a BIM Lead/Supervisor/Manager is a strong asset. -Proficiency in BIM design software, ideally Autodesk Revit. -Experience with CADD and GIS technologies, such as Bentley MicroStation, Open Roads Designer, and ESRI ArcGIS. -Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and workshops for large groups. -Strong familiarity with computer hardware and standard office software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio. -University Degree + 2 years of experience with technical construction drawings and/or documents. -Proven experience with enterprise-grade document and construction management systems, preferably Bentley ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Maximo, and SharePoint.
