Tasks

-Interpret product concepts and transform them into structured usage workflows aligned with UX best practices. -Lead user research initiatives, conduct usability testing, and facilitate wireframe reviews to validate and refine design decisions. -Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to bring workflows to life through clean, user-centric interface designs. -Support product launches with training materials and internal enablement content. -Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to define and deliver new features and enhancements. -Design and optimize product UI/UX to deliver intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. -Own and refine product backlog, write detailed user stories, and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business goals. -Create and maintain product documentation, including feature briefs, release notes, product catalogues and user guides. -Collaborate with marketing teams to develop product collateral such as brochures, presentations, and web content. -Translate complex technical requirements into seamless, accessible user journeys.

What You Bring

-Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, end-to-end product lifecycle management, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or equivalent platforms. -Domain experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS) or facility management is preferred but not mandatory. -6 –10 years of proven experience in digital product management, with a strong emphasis on UI/UX design and development. -Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling user stories across multiple format like text, design tools (e.g., Figma), and video. -Educational background in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. An MBA with a specialization in Digital Product Management or a comparable qualification is a strong advantage.
