Tasks

Optimize spatial flow and functionality based on client requirements. Revise drawings based on client feedback and regulatory requirements. Produce detailed drawings for ceilings, walls, cabinetry, and lighting layouts. Prepare construction documentation sets for submission and tender. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained. Create presentation drawings and renderings for client approval. Draft detailed drawings for finishes, joinery, and custom furniture. Draft layout plans for furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). Prepare schematic drawings and 3D visualizations. Participate in design reviews and team meetings. Produce detailed architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and site layouts. Ensure accuracy and consistency across all drawing sets. Maintain organized drawing files and version control. Adhere to project timelines and deliverables. Prepare mood boards and material palettes. Assist in developing initial design concepts and massing studies.

What You Bring
