Tasks

We're seeking a strong field leader to oversee NYCHA and public housing rehabilitation projects throughout New York City. This is a hands-on, site-first Superintendent role responsible for daily field operations across occupied and unoccupied residential buildings. You'll drive schedule, subcontractor coordination, safety, and quality while representing the firm to residents, NYCHA, and agency partners. * Lead day-to-day field supervision for unit renovations, common area upgrades, MEP and building systems work, and exterior restoration * Direct subcontractors and self-perform labor; maintain productivity, sequencing, and safety across active work zones * Manage logistics plans, DOB/NYCHA inspections, punchlist completion, and turnover readiness * Maintain professional, respectful communication with residents, tenant associations, building staff, and agency representatives * Monitor progress, quality, and compliance - resolve issues quickly to keep work on schedule * Enforce and maintain a safe jobsite aligned with OSHA, company standards, and NYCHA protocol

Apply or reach out for a confidential conversation. * 7+ years as a Construction Superintendent, with recent NYCHA, HPD, HDC, or public housing rehab experience * Strong understanding of tenant-in-place renovations, building access coordination, and resident communication * Knowledge of DOB processes, QC closeout, and multi-trade coordination across interiors, MEP, roofing, façade, and window scopes * Proficiency with Procore, PlanGrid, or similar field management platforms * OSHA 30 required; 62-hour SST Supervisor strongly preferred
