Deploy and support global AV/VC/UC systems, manage projects, and provide Tier 3 support.

Tasks
-Manage enterprise network audio-video-related projects. Develop and maintain appropriate documentation. -Drive the adoption of video conferencing service usage via Zoom, Teams and/or Webex. -Design, develop, and oversee implementation of end-to-end IT UC systems. -Provide local and remote collaboration support; work with remote Desktop support to resolve issues, work with remote users (internal and external) to successfully connect with existing video conferencing equipment and communicate services between and across different groups and levels internal and external to the organization. -Plan and coordinate the expansion of video and voice network technology. Perform Unified Communications software and hardware upgrades, including the installation of video conferencing and A/V equipment -Executive Level Support (C Level, VP, Directors) for unified communication matters -Interface with Projects and Infrastructure teams, site walkthroughs, design, ordering equipment, receiving and installing equipment, and provide support model for equipment (end- to-end management). Provide project status on a regular basis as project team requires. -Collaborate with Operations and Production departments in support of Events, Sales, exhibitions and special projects related to build outs, renovations, adds, moves and changes. -Follow, review, and recommend process changes and standards for design and documentation where necessary. -Troubleshoot video issues on network and report progress on various projects and installations. -Develop and execute test plans to check IT cloud infrastructure and systems technical performance. Report on findings and make recommendations for improvement.

What You Bring
-Experience with Cisco endpoints and infrastructure (Control Hub) -Experience in supporting system migrations and experience with AMX and/or Crestron AV Control systems. Working knowledge of A/V concepts around audio and video signal types, routing, and cabling, including Production devices i.e. Ross,Blackbox, Dante, Matrox. -Strong infrastructure implementation and project deployment experience -Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment globally -Proven ability to drive successful results across multiple functional areas -Strong analysis and critical thinking skills. -Well versed in Desktop technologies (Windows 10, Macintosh and Office 365) Collaboration technologies (WebEx, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive), Server Technologies and Network Technologies. -Experience with Webex administration and other web/audio collaboration platforms and services, specifically Microsoft Teams and Zoom. -Excellent interpersonal skills as well as proven written and oral communication skills, and the ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language. -5+ years of experience in audio-visual implementations and/or videoconference network engineering with Cisco Telepresence infrastructure. -Communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and through email clearly translating information and concepts surrounding IT Unified Communications. -Tier 3 end user support for all Unified Communications (collaborative applications and video), ability to perform troubleshooting on integrations and support A/V designs in existing and future video- conference rooms and offices. -Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, system analysis, or a related field, or equivalent work experience -Good prioritization skills, to balance key priorities. -Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail. -Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to help influence and work with others collaboratively and constructively Highly self-motivated and directed.
