Tasks

-Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR and fixed assets -Supervise and mentor a small accounting team (4 direct reports) -Streamline accounting processes and strengthen operational efficiency -Support ERP system implementation -Assist with audits, insurance renewals, and external reporting requirements -Collaborate with payroll and HR teams on benefits and compliance -Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting preparation
