-Ensuring bills are paid on time -Creating and Processing Purchase Orders -Help prepare Month End working papers -General Journal Entries to support bank reconciliations -Inputting invoices into our AP module -Help prepare Quarter End working papers -Processing Employee Expenses -Prepare Bank Reconciliations -Vendor Set Up -Support the Accruals Process -Identify and lead process improvements within the AP function -Reconciling credit card transactions -Enforcing our expenditure approval process for purchasing and payments
