-Able to direct, train and mentor less experienced members of your team -Highly rated by our customers and employees -Fully experienced in Start to Finish Installations of: Full cut ins, Retrofits, Heat Pump, Ultra LowNox, Single Head Mini Split, Multi-Head Mini Split, VRF Systems, Duct Systems and Light Commercial equipment -Strong communication skills with clients and team members -Valid driver's license and clean driving record -3 + years' experience as a Lead Installer in the below installations -EPA Certified Required -NATE Certified or acquire once employed
