Overview

Assist with land acquisition, easement docs, and ROW coordination for infrastructure projects

Tasks

-Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders -Conduct basic property research and help review title documents -Technical responsibility for ROW procedures with responsibility of being in charge -Participate in site visits and public meetings as needed -Support ROW coordination efforts under guidance of senior staff -Assist in preparing documentation for temporary and permanent easements and fee acquisitions -Help maintain project records and databases

-Highly effective communicator -Strong communication and organizational skills -Highly Organized and efficient coordination skills -Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, engineering, urban planning, or a related field (or equivalent experience) -Takes direction well -Self motivator/ Self starter -Technical Writing Skills -Leadership and motivation skills. -Works well in a team environment -Familiarity with Microsoft Office; exposure to GIS or CAD is a plus
