Tasks

-Maintain organization and cleanliness in storage and production areas. -Participate in audits, inspections, and quality system initiatives. -Report non-conformances and assist in implementing corrective actions. -Assist with receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming materials against purchase orders. -Document inspection results accurately and maintain records for traceability. -Support continuous improvement initiatives in both production and quality areas. -Collaborate with production teams to optimize processes and reduce downtime. -Support inventory management by tracking stock levels, reporting shortages, and helping with material replenishment. -Ensure adherence to safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements. -Conduct measurements, tests, and visual inspections using appropriate tools and equipment. -Operate production machinery, move materials, and support workflow on the shop floor. -Coordinate with purchasing and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of materials. -Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. -Assist in daily production activities to meet schedules, quality, and safety goals.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and teamwork skills. -2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or quality control; experience in procurement or materials handling a plus. -Ability to work in and around manufacturing and production equipment. -Must be able to push and pull up to 100 pounds of force regularly, including moving pallets, carts, glass/plastic sheets, and boxes using a hand truck or similar equipment. -Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability. -Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions. -Frequent climbing of ladders, bending, stooping, twisting, kneeling, and reaching. -Must be able to sustain repetitive movement of both upper and lower extremities with varying degrees of force. -Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs frequently. -Must be able to assist with team lifting of loads exceeding 50 lbs occasionally. -Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally. -Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems preferred). -High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred. -Familiarity with production equipment, measurement tools, and quality inspection methods. -Must be able to stand for the entire length of the shift (up to 10 hours). -Must be able to see and hear to acknowledge critical safety instructions, alarms, forklift traffic, and perform quality and equipment inspections.
