Provide IT support, automate workflows, and manage hardware/A/V for Built's staff.

Tasks

-Partner with IT Engineering to identify pain points and turn manual processes into automated ones. -Lead the IT portion of weekly New Hire Orientation (NHO), helping every new Built employee get set up for success. -Champion process improvement: when you fix a problem once, you make sure we never have to fix it again. -Troubleshoot macOS and Windows devices, Google Workspace issues, Okta access requests, Zoom challenges, and more. -Design and build new request types, automations, and workflows in Jira to make the support experience smoother and smarter. -Lend your tech skills to internal company events, town halls, and all-hands meetings. -Help design automation between systems — think connecting Okta → Jira → Slack → Kandji to eliminate repetitive tasks. -Support and maintain Zoom Rooms and Logitech Rally Bar setups for all in-office conference spaces. -Continuously improve onboarding processes using Confluence and automation tools like Okta Workflows or Kandji Blueprints. -Manage and track company devices in Atlassian Assets (CMDB) — you’ll own the full lifecycle, from procurement to retirement. -Keep our IT processes organized and accessible through Confluence documentation and Scribe guides. -Work cross-functionally with People Ops, Security, and Engineering to keep our systems secure and our users delighted.

What You Bring

-2+ years of IT or Help Desk experience in a tech-forward environment. -Communicate clearly and confidently with everyone from interns to executives. -Built Recognized in Two American Business Award Categories -Curiosity and willingness to learn automation tools (like Okta Workflows, Power Automate, or Zapier). -Deep comfort with macOS, Windows, Google Workspace, and Okta. -A modern, cloud-first IT environment with Okta, Kandji, Atlassian, Twingate, and Google Workspace at the core. -Can pivot quickly and learn on the fly in a fast-paced, constantly evolving tech stack. -Experience with Kandji or Intune, and Jira Service Management. -Love finding elegant solutions to messy problems.
