Overview
Manage luxury concierge services and events for high-net-worth clients in London.

Tasks
-Supporting client operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery -Building and maintaining supplier relationships with luxury hotels, restaurants, retailers, and venues -Managing event budgets and collateral (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, Canva) -Attending lifestyle events, venue showcases, and familiarisation trips -Planning, organising, and delivering private and corporate events -Handling day-to-day client enquiries – expect the unexpected -Direct management of client portfolio

What You Bring
-Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills -Passion for London’s lifestyle scene – restaurants, fashion, sport, travel, culture -Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English -End-to-end event management experience (from intimate dinners to large conferences) -Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) -Proven track record of managing senior client relationships
