What You Bring

-Understanding of the planning and sequencing of construction projects -An estimating background from a civil environment with extensive experience of delivering capital projects -Strong commercial acumen - knowledge of forms of contract (NEC, ICE & JCT) -Knowledge of how electrical infrastructure is constructed, operated and maintained with an appreciation of National Grid and DNO Standards -The ability and desire to identify opportunities for improvement, and influence change -Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook -Excellent people management skills -Organised with a high attention to detail and the ability to react to constant changing workloads -Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work with staff at all levels.
