Create and coordinate structural Revit models and drawings for various building projects.

Tasks

-Lead With Purpose - empower, develop and support others to reach their full potential -Supportive Teamwork - promote an inclusive and respectful work environment and culture -Co-ordinate RJC's structural Revit model / drawings with other disciplines on projects. -Provide project drafting and be accountable for schedule and efficiency. -Develop building models and drawings from general conceptual information. -Be accountable to Project Engineers for drawing production and quality per RJC standards. -Work as part of a team, to produce drawings / Revit Model on a variety of projects.

-Fast learner who can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. -Team player who is assertive and able to work with minimal direction. -Able to conceptualize structural and architectural details in three dimensions. -Attentive to detail and have a desire to grow professionally and personally. -Structural drafting knowledge across all phases of projects. -Creative Mindset - provide new and diverse ideas -Inquisitive, clear thinker who can determine what work is required and who can draw rational conclusions from information available. -Certificate course of Revit from accredited University or Technical college is required. -2+ years working experience or education background with AutoCAD and REVIT. -Experience in construction and/or consulting services an asset. -Diploma in Architecture from an accredited University or Technical College is a great asset. -Diploma in Civil/Structural drafting or technology from accredited University or Technical College. -Technically proficient in CAD and REVIT. -Dependable and willing to work extra hours when required.
