Tasks

-Support operators in resolving daily production challenges -Monitor and report production metrics, downtime, and shift handoffs -Enforce safety, quality, and operational standards -Maintain compliance with union agreements -Lead and coach production staff to meet performance expectations -Identify and address safety and environmental concerns -Partner with HR on performance documentation and recognition -Drive continuous improvement and support planning processes

-Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment -Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles -Working knowledge of Adage or SAP systems -Proven success in improving on-time delivery performance -Ability to work all shifts and overtime as needed -Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma with 4+ years of manufacturing leadership experience -Demonstrated problem-solving and data analysis capabilities
