Tasks

-Carry out inspections, audits, and support incident investigations. -Assist the Senior H&S Manager in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. -Maintain H&S records, RAMs, and safety plans. -Work closely with site management to foster a strong safety culture. -Identify, manage, and mitigate site-specific risks. -Conduct site inductions and ensure statutory H&S training is up to date. -Lead toolbox talks and weekly site/contractor safety meetings.

What You Bring

-Relevant qualification in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related discipline. -Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. -Strong communication and organisational skills. -Full clean driving licence required. -1 year experience in a construction-based H&S role (placement or post-graduate).
