-Lead/manage the safe and efficient completion of low/medium complexity projects including the coordination and monitoring of contractor work activities or third-party active control -Be part of an on-call rotation and provide emergency support as required -Maintenance and troubleshooting of MCC’s and low voltage switch gear -Conduct routine regular maintenance on gas turbine packages, gas compressor units and associated auxiliary equipment -Maintain core operational task qualifications -Perform installation, testing, repair, and maintenance on compressor station equipment, and other facilities relevant to the pipeline system as required -Perform emergency repairs to meet customer and client needs -Install & configure software in control systems -Complete all administrative functions related to position and duties -Ensure facilities and personnel comply with TC Energy's Community, Safety and Environment policies and procedures as well as accepted risk standards -Troubleshoot, test, & maintain shutdown devices, fire & gas detection systems, auxiliary systems, HVAC systems, relief and Over Pressure Protection devices, control valves, PLC’s & control systems -Travel to other company locations for temporary assignments, meetings, or training which would involve some overnight stays away from home (estimated up 15% of work schedule)
-Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and SAP experience -A solid understanding of PLC systems for troubleshooting purposes -5 years of years of related Industry experience -Have and maintain a valid driver's license and provide a driver's abstract for review -Journeyman Electrician certification or, -Journeyman Instrumentation certification or, -Previous experience with industrial gas turbines or Aviation Turbines -High School Diploma, plus minimum completion of a second year of trades program or 2 years of technical training -Successfully complete a pre-employment medical screening, including drug and alcohol testing -2 years of related Industry experience -Journeyman instrumentation Certification -Previous experience with high pressure natural gas -Proven excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills -Journeyman Industrial Electrician certification or,
-Week 1 - Monday to Thursday 9 hours per day; Friday off
