Tasks

-Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications. -Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications. -Research and test manufacturing and assembly methods and materials. -Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and make recommendations to the maintenance crew. -Use computer-assisted engineering and design software to perform engineering tasks. -Perform detailed analyses to assess the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications. -Design and develop electrical systems and components, focusing on magnetic components such as transformers, inductors, and reactors. -Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred. -Proficiency in CAD and other engineering design software. -Strong understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards -Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer, ideally in the manufacturing sector, focusing on magnetic components.
