-Ability to apply the use of proper codes and standards in the production of engineering deliverables -Knowledge of Bluebeam, OpenRoads, AutoCAD, MicroStation -Become familiar with engineering plans and details -Experience with MS Word, Excel and engineering software -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also able to effectively collaborate in a team environment -Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear documentation and interacting professionally with clients and colleagues -Strong commitment to integrity, consistently demonstrating ethical, fair, and responsible behavior -Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously -Requires current 3rd year standing as an undergraduate, or a Graduate student standing, in an accredited Civil Engineering program.
