The Role

Overview

Assist HVAC customers with estimates, scheduling, and sales, ensuring seamless service.

Tasks

-Coordinate and schedule field supervisors for in-person sales visits and technical lead calls. -Communicate clearly with customers regarding estimates, costs, timelines, and next steps, either during or after service calls. -Promote and sell maintenance membership plans to enhance customer value and company revenue. -Answer inbound residential and commercial calls promptly (within 3 rings) and ensure calls are handled professionally and accurately. -Contribute to continuous improvement by participating in sales meetings, product training, and skill development activities. -Perform daily follow-ups on open estimates and sales opportunities. -Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, estimates, and follow-up communications in Service Titan. -Identify required OEM parts and/or for custom pricing for repairs needed or parts-only jobs. -Proactively identify, communicate, and close sales opportunities with customers. -Support field technicians by assisting with estimate creation and accurate pricing of repair work. -Debrief each service call, ensuring customer information is accurate (equipment, name, address, contact information, etc.), as well as job summary. -Prepare and review detailed repair estimates.

What You Bring

-High school diploma or equivalent required. -Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, or dispatching required. -Ability to set realistic expectations and keep customers informed of schedules, pricing, and timelines. -Familiarity with the company’s service area or the ability to read and interpret maps effectively. -Proficiency in using computers, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and web-based tools. -Experience in the HVAC industry or related trades preferred. -Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
