Overview

Manage end‑to‑end accounts payable, PO matching, payments, accruals, and reporting.

Tasks

-Monitor Purchase Orders and liaise with procurement team for PO receipting / GRN and resolving PO discrepancies -Performing vendor and account reconciliations, open balances analysis and other -Manage Accruals (book & reverse accruals) for Project & non‐project activities -Create and produce accounts payable‐related reports for management or other review -Prepares and post the journal entry related to the identified reconciling items -Communicates with entity point of contact for the open items clearances pending in reconciliation -Process T&E expense in ERP on behalf of employees -Escalates resolution of outstanding reconciling items based on escalation matrix if no response is received from entity POC -Manage PO & Non-PO Invoice Processing for Intercompany and Third-party Suppliers: -Audit T&E reports submitted by employees to ensure compliance -Perform 3‐way/2-way match -Manage payment process for T&E expenses -Manage Invoice helpdesk (queries from internal and external stake holder regarding AP) -Manage Invoice payment process as per payments calendar including BACS, WIRE / Foreign and EFT payments -Prepare preliminary and Final Reconciliation for FRS upload

What You Bring

-Should be a subject matter expert on AP activities -Must have good knowledge for AP Domain -You are Post Graduate/ Graduate in Finance with 3 - 5 years of experience -Must Have GEOS/Oracle Experience -You have excellent working knowledge of Global Business Finance Processes -Must have sound knowledge of MS office (PowerPoint & Excel) -Must has knowledge about application of appropriate taxes / VAT on invoices
